Responsibilities:
- Plan & Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, project’s schedules and information.
- Liaising with the project team to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and to ensure that client needs are met as the project evolves.
- Administer and organize all types of project’s administration activities from simple activities to complex plans.
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
- Analyze risks and opportunities.
- Will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation and handling project’s files.
- Perform administrative liaison functions between the Project Dept. & Operations Head.
- Filing & documents and make the distribution as required as per procedure.
- Maintain documents.
- Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all project team members.
- Prepares and develops reports to related work as needed by the Department.
- Provides administrative support to other Departments whenever required.
Essential Requirements:
- Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project experience in project coordination.
- Ability to prepare reports, flow charts, schedules and action plans.
- Candidate should have solid organization skills including multi-tasking and time management.
- Strong working knowledge of computer Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, and clients.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
