Responsibilities:

  • Plan & Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, project’s schedules and information.
  • Liaising with the project team to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and to ensure that client needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Administer and organize all types of project’s administration activities from simple activities to complex plans.
  • Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities.
  • Will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation and handling project’s files.
  • Perform administrative liaison functions between the Project Dept. & Operations Head.
  • Filing & documents and make the distribution as required as per procedure.
  • Maintain documents.
  • Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all project team members.
  • Prepares and develops reports to related work as needed by the Department.
  • Provides administrative support to other Departments whenever required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of project experience in project coordination.
  • Ability to prepare reports, flow charts, schedules and action plans.
  • Candidate should have solid organization skills including multi-tasking and time management.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, and clients.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • A valid driver’s license.
